Deal Chief
Privacy Policy
MyCommunity Today, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“MyCommunity Today”, “we”, “us”), provides the DealChief mobile apps, the dealchief.ai website and related services (together, “DealChief”). This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. It applies to everyone who uses DealChief: people who chat, call and attend webinars, webinar hosts and co-hosts, referrers, businesses whose AI agents run on DealChief, and website visitors. DealChief is also part of the MyCommunity Today platform at gomycommunity.com; when you use DealChief features there, the MyCommunity Today Privacy Policy applies and describes the same practices.

Microphone and camera. DealChief uses your microphone and camera only while you are in a voice conversation, call or webinar and have turned them on. We do not listen or record in the background. We do not collect precise GPS location.
Information others give us. Another user may give us your name and email to invite you to a call or webinar. A friend’s referral link may tell us who referred you.
[PLACEHOLDER — include only if face capture ships: Avatar creation from your photos. If you choose to create an avatar from photos or video of your face, we process images of your face to build a 3D model. This may be biometric information under some laws. We ask for your separate written consent first, use the images only to build your avatar, delete the source images within [X] days, and delete the face data when you delete the avatar or your account, or within 3 years of your last interaction, whichever comes first.]
2. How we use information
- Provide DealChief: run AI conversations, calls, chat and webinars; generate voice and text replies; animate avatars; deliver reminders and recordings; deliver leads to businesses.
- Process payments and payouts: charge registration fees, issue refunds, calculate referral commissions and host earnings, send payouts, and meet tax reporting duties.
- Keep DealChief safe: verify identity before payouts, moderate uploaded images and conversations, prevent fraud, spam and abuse, and enforce our Terms.
- Communicate with you: sign-in codes, registration confirmations, reminders, security alerts and changes to our terms, by email, push notification or SMS; and, with your permission where required, news about DealChief, which you can turn off at any time.
- Improve DealChief: understand how features are used, fix bugs and measure performance, using de-identified or aggregated data where possible.
- Comply with law and respond to lawful requests.
3. AI features and third-party AI
DealChief’s AI agents reply using models hosted on Amazon Bedrock by Amazon Web Services, including Amazon Nova (speech) and Anthropic Claude (text). When you talk or chat with an agent, we send your message or voice audio, relevant business information and recent conversation context to these models to generate a reply.
- We ask your permission in the app before your data is first sent to these AI services. You can withdraw it at any time in Settings → Privacy → AI Processing; AI replies will then be turned off.
- Under AWS’s terms, Amazon Bedrock does not use your inputs or outputs to train its models or share them with model providers. We do not use them to train AI models either.
- A business’s AI agent answers from the information that business provided. The business can see your conversation with its agent.
- We use automated tools, including Google Cloud Vision SafeSearch, to screen uploaded images for harmful content.
- We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects.
- AI replies can be wrong. Do not rely on them for legal, medical, financial or safety decisions.
4. How we share information
With other DealChief users, as the service requires:
- Webinar hosts and co-hosts receive your name, email, phone number, registration form answers, registration and payment status, attendance and interactivity responses for webinars you register for. Hosts can export this list. Each host is responsible for how it uses your information once exported.
- Other participants in a call or webinar can see your name, profile photo, video, audio, chat messages and public poll or Q&A responses. A host may record and share the session (see Section 5).
- Referrers learn whether someone registered through their link, but not that person’s payment details.
- Businesses you talk to through their AI agent receive the conversation and any contact details you give.
With service providers that process data for us under contract: Amazon Web Services (hosting, storage, AI models), Authorize.net and PayPal (payment processing), Google (business listings, maps and image safety screening), PayPal and banks (payouts), and providers of email, SMS, analytics and crash reporting.
For legal and safety reasons: to comply with law or valid legal process, and to protect the rights, safety and property of users, the public or us.
In a business transfer: as part of a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
With your consent or at your direction.
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we have not done so in the past 12 months.
5. Recordings
Hosts can record calls and webinars. When a session is being recorded, everyone in it sees a recording indicator. Recordings are stored by us and shared according to the host’s settings. If you do not want to be recorded, turn off your camera and microphone or leave the session. Hosts are responsible for getting any consent the law requires before recording.
6. How long we keep information
| Information | How long |
|---|---|
| Account and business information | While your account is active |
| Conversations, chat and uploads | Until you delete them or your account |
| Recordings | Until the host deletes them or deletes their account |
| Webinar registrations and form answers | While the host's webinar exists; exported copies are under the host's control |
| Payment, payout and tax records | 7 years, as required for tax and accounting |
| Security and fraud logs | Up to 12 months |
After you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your information within 30 days, and copies in encrypted backups are overwritten within a further 90 days. We keep limited information longer when the law requires it, to resolve disputes, or to prevent fraud and repeat abuse.
7. Your choices and rights
- Access, correct, export or delete your information in the app, or email support@dealchief.ai.
- Delete your account in the app at Settings → Account → Delete Account, or at https://dealchief.ai/delete-account.

- Microphone, camera and notifications can be turned off in your device settings.
- Marketing emails: use the unsubscribe link. SMS: reply STOP.
- Cookies: use your browser settings. We honor Global Privacy Control signals.

EU, UK and other regions. Where laws such as the GDPR apply, MyCommunity Today, Inc. is the controller. Our legal bases are contract (to provide DealChief), consent (AI processing, marketing, any biometric data), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, improving DealChief) and legal obligation (tax and accounting). You may also object to or restrict processing and complain to your local data protection authority.
8. Security
We encrypt data in transit with TLS and at rest in our cloud storage, limit staff access to what their job needs, and monitor our systems. Card numbers are handled by Authorize.net and never stored on our servers. No system is perfectly secure; report concerns to support@dealchief.ai.
9. Children
DealChief is for adults. You must be at least 18 to use it, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, email support@dealchief.ai and we will delete it.
10. International transfers
We are based in the United States and process information there. Our personnel and service providers in other countries, including India, may access it to operate and support DealChief, under contracts that require them to protect it. Where the law requires, we use safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
11. Third-party sites and services
DealChief may link to websites or services we do not operate, such as a business’s own site. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
